Right of Withdrawal

EU Consumer Law

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Please Note Before Submitting: Whether your request can be accepted depends on the nature of the items in your order. In accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised items or those made to your unique specification beyond the standard options shown on our product pages (including custom engraving, non-standard sizing adjustments, or custom finishes).
• Bespoke / offline commissions arranged and paid for outside the standard website checkout process.
• Earrings - for hygiene reasons, if the original packaging or protective hygiene seal has been opened or tampered with.

Standard website purchases (even though they are handmade to order) remain fully eligible for the 14-day withdrawal period, provided they are returned unworn and in their original condition.
